Where do actors in gay porn get there comic strip biefs? cannot find them anywhere. where do i go. |
| What are biefs? They sound sort of sexy. Do both men and women have them and do they wear them or use then on each other or what? |
Do you think the comic Strip, For Better or for Worse, helped others understand being Gay? The strip had a character named Lawrence, who came out to his Mom, several years ago, the strips writer had many, many people who did not like this, and who cancelled their subscriptions to the newspapers that carried the strip. But also many people wrote the author of the strip, their thanks for presenting the problems of gay people with empathy and compassion. Do you agree with me that Lawrence, the character in the strip is presented well? |
| I think the writer does an excellent job depicting many real life situations including Lawrence, death, birth, marital problems and so on. |
Website of gay comic strips? I found a website last week of cartoon comic strips that were posted one under another by different authors and different drawing styles, but forgot it. Does anything know anything similar to what I am talking about?
And it were strips and pictures of gay guys. |
| They're probably yaoi doujinshi's (doujin for short). Google them. |
Do you know of any good gay comic strips? And the website links if you do? |
Well, the only one I know of is Kyle's Bed and Breakfast. Now, if you are into gay comic strips, you may have read this already. Also the terminology "good" may be pushing it. My gays read it, but have a love/hate relationship with it.
There is also a book that you can purchase that contains many episodes, but not all of them. |
What popular comic strips do you wish had gay characters? Or which comic strip characters do you wish were gay or lesbian? |
I'm still waiting for Jeremy and Hector from "Zits" to get it on, even if just for one drunken night.
And I think Dilbert would make a great gay guy- funny, ironic, sarcastic.
Cathy always seemed like a lesbian to me anyways, regardless of what the comic strip actually said. |
I have a health project due tomorrow its a comic strip and i dunno what it should say on it.? well we have to do a comic strip in health yeah i know its gay. and its supposed to be about alcohol and why NOT to drink it. im not exactly sure what i should put on it. what can i put? like give me ideas. like tell me what the people should say. |
I can think of so many things, but they aren't school appropriate so...
Just make it about some guy who drinks, then he wakes up in the middle of a forest with his house and car keys gone.
By the way, gay isn't an adjective. Well, not the way you used it. Just because a lot of people say it doesn't made it right. Seriously... :| I hate when people say that. |

What's the name of the sunday comic strip? It's about life in general. I know it's a serious one, about life, death, marriage, college, even one of the sons friends was gay. I think there was three guyren, two girls and the oldest boy. They all get married I think. The dad is a dentist, and there was a dog but he died saving the girl from the river...? I used to read it all the time as a guy and it introduced me to so many serious topics... I know it's over but I'd like to buy all of the comics (I used to read the book collections from the library but they didn't have all of them) and read them all again, as I'm sure they would never get old. Thanks so much, if you can tell me soon I would appreciate it! |
The name of the comic strip is "For Better or For Worse" by Lynn Johnston. It's still published in the newspapers, but Lynn herself has retired. The strip has been rerun from the beginning, since September 2009, 30 years after it started.
The Pattersons were the main focal point of the strip. John was the father, and dentist. Elly was the stay-at-home mom, although she did start working (and even owned) a bookstore in later years. Michael is the oldest, who grew up to become a writer. Elizabeth was the second guy, who grew up to become a teacher. April was the youngest, and while the strip ended with her being a teenager, Lynn indicated that April grew up to pursue a career in veterinary medicine, and joined the Royal Calgary (strip takes place in Canada).
The dog that saved April from the river was named Farley. Before he died, the Pattersons' neighbor's dog gave birth to puppies, and the neighbor gave them one of the puppies, whom they named Edgar, or Eddy for short. The puppies were all Farley's. |

What did you learn from the news today? On the local televised news, I learned that my government is fighting a war on a terror on a daily segment plainly titled "The War on Terror." Daily meaning every day there's a new segment called "The War on Terror" that talks about anything but how we were lied to so that a guy who wasn't elected president and his cronies can get richer.
In other news, I learned that anything involving a plane is newsworthy as long as it follows something about the "war on terror." I learned that anything about Mexicans must follow news about Middle Easterners. I learned that stories involving gay people must follow stories about sex crimes. I learned that conflation and omission are the top tools for modern propaganda.
I learned that someone might host the Emmy Awards and other Who Cares celebrity news.
In the newspaper, I found out that cavemen worshipped Jesus and that crappy comic strips aren't allowed to die with their deranged creators.
But what's important is what YOU learned! |
| didn't watch the news today. |
